I actually stumbled across this place by accident! I got lost trying to find parking for a different restaurant, but I noticed a short line of people waiting here and, luckily, a parking spot opened up right in front. I'm so glad I decided to give it a try because it ended up being the best choice! I ordered the turkey leg with a side of mac and cheese, and both were amazing. The turkey leg was incredibly tender, juicy, and literally fell right off the bone. The mac and cheese was just as delicious and paired perfectly with it. I'm only in Corpus for work, and this has easily been the best meal I've had since I've been here. I'll definitely be stopping by again the next time I'm in town. Highly recommend!This version sounds natural, genuine, and highlights both the food and the memorable story of how you found the restaurant.

Food was delicious! Perfect bark and clean smoke taste on the brisket. Brisket was fork tender but still had a bite so it was perfectly cooked in my opinion! Balance it all out with some of their pickles and it's a flavor party for your taste buds! We also love the flavor of the sausage links, a bit of spice that is balanced with the cheese! The cole slaw was a great palette cleanser, highly recommend. Can't wait to go back to try out more! 😊

Excellent BBQ Overall. Pork Belly had great flavor, the rib was fall off the bone, and the brisket was almost melt in your mouth the way its supposed to be. Sides are good portions and not bland. Everything here that I tried tasted excellent. The outdoor atmosphere in the downtown area is great vibes.

The service… once you get to the front of the line it is relatively quick. The atmosphere… on a nice day this is a great place to relax and enjoy some time outdoors! The food… I was not impressed with my brisket sandwich (I asked for lean brisket but mine had a lot of fat on it) but every restaurant is likely going to have an ‘off day’. I will give them another shot at some point.

Been wanting to visit for weeks but didn’t have the chance until today. Placed my order, paid and waited patiently… patiently. Unfortunately, my order was lost in the mix, which is totally understandable. I have bad luck! But thanks to the crew’s professional, they offered my money back and gave me a full spread of all their meat and sides. Flavorful brisket, delicious ribs with the right amount of sweetness, tender sausage, and all the sides were like how mama use to make ‘em. You can taste their love for this craft. Been awhile since I visited a restaurant where I enjoyed all the food. I greatly appreciate them taking care of my wife and I! Just wished they fed me by hand, too.
